Goals

Hello, I'm almost starting my training program again.
I haven't done anything the last 3 months due to a wrist injury, work and vacation, so I've lost some mass and gained some fat.
I'm setting goals and I'd like to know if they're realistic.

Training schedule:

Nutrition: I'm trying to eat 5 meals/day with 33/33/33 calorie split for protein/carbs/fats
No supplements will be used.

Goals:
Gaining 10kgs (22lbs) of muscle
Losing 3ks (7lbs) of fat
Gain at least 50% on Deadlift (80->120kgs), Push Press (45->70kgs) Bench Press (45->80kgs) and db Bent-over row (35->50kgs)

You don't have a time frame on those goals.

While you're perfectly capable of achieving these goals, it is unlikely that you'll do it without encountering difficulties. It's like the stock market - the long term trend is upward, but there are numerous declines in that upward trend.

Keep the goals that you listed as long term, but set short term goals as well. That way you can make steps to achieve the long term goals, rather than trying to achieve them in one big leap.

I forgot to give the 'deadline': 29th of june 2008 (start of next years holiday + my birthday)
