Under stuward's stewardship

Almost forgot to thank stuward for his excellent suggestions of rotating the bench backwards for preacher curls and including wild salmon in diet. Both have worked great so far.

This forum rocks!!

Keep working on building muscle and once the last bit of fat goes so will the loose skin. If you get your body fat % down to single digits your skin will tighten up. You may want to try the Paleo Diet (Meat, fish, vegetables & fruit, No dairy or grains.)

Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately Pacific Wild Salmon is now endangered due to sea lice from farmed salmon. The way its going there may be no wild salmon in BC in a few years. The same thing is also happening in Scotland, Norway and Chille. There already is no commercial wild Atlantic salmon anymore and it used to be the best in the world.

paleo diet

Post by rsx_doc » Fri Dec 28, 2007 11:31 pm

Thanks for the Paleo diet suggestion, Stuward. I read up on it and the concept sounds good. However, I would make only those necessary lifestyle and diet changes that I can maintain forever. My approach to this is - balanced diet + optimum exercise = great and healthy lifestyle. Even now, I eat dairy products in moderation - skimmed milk, cottage cheese and blue cheese (once in a blue moon). But to pass up on that perfectly toasted slice of pumpernickel rye (high fiber) would be a grave injustice to my eagerly secreted gastric juices.

Right now, I just get the canned altantic salmon fillets when I am not baking salmon. But, who cares about cooking fish, when raw (Sashimi) tastes so much better.

Thanks neways.

Have a great holiday season all of you!!
