Funny that you should say that.
I did 20 minutes of interval cardio on a
stepmill today in the gym, before taking a Vinyasa Yoga class. On my way to the cardio area, I saw a guy working his abs on the mats in the stretching area. When I came back from the cardio, the same guy was still at it working his abs!
I can't think of a less productive workout than that.

Yeah there is, doing a massive neck workout...or chewing alot of gum to build up biting strength, of course not unless your goal to be able to chew your car into little peices...lol

Or you could always spend a couple hours a day squeezing your PC muscle. After a while you could crack walnuts with your butt!
