Weightlifting and Cardio

I'm going to be going crazy over the next months to try and drop off the last bits of fat from when I use to weigh 240lbs. I'll continue to workout as well as do cardio in the same day. Would it be best to do the cardio then weight train or vise versa.

I would lift first, or do weights and cardio at different times of day. For example, you could lift in the morning and do cardio in the evening, or vice versa.

Matt's right, however, if you're in a pinch, cardio AFTER weights, in the same session won't hurt, especially a shorter HIIT session of 10-20mins.
