I hope your not trying to get as big as a pro bodybuilder. I'd do tri/chest and back/bi. Do pull and push in the same day.

It doesn't make much sence to train biceps with chest. You'de be better off splitting it up as follows:

chest & triceps/ back & biceps/ shoulders/ legs

Better yet, you might try a Legs/Push/Pull split.

Also we could use a little more info on what exercises your doing and the number of sets and reps. Likewise, knowing you have a 15.5" biceps mean much without knowing your height, weight and other measurements.

By the way, using heavy weights is good, but only if you're using good form. It's far more productive to squat 100 lbs than quarter-squat 200 lbs.

No-one has mentioned your diet yet. How much are you eating? Are you getting enough protein? It's just as important as your workout if you are trying to bulk up. Plus I would drop the cardio altogether until you reach your goal weight/size.

more of carbs

Don't post a bunch of times in a row. Also work on your spelling and grammar. It is so bad, I don't know what the hell you're talking about half the time.

For routines, there are plenty in the sticky "A small collection of routines" above. See Rippetoe's and Mahler's. It's what you need.

Why don't you list your current workout? Include exercises, reps, sets, cardio work and frequency (days). It's hard to help someone if you don't know what they're doing.

Also list your diet. Don't be general - list exactly what you eat on a typical day.
