I am 130 and can do 2 handed cable BI and TI excersises at 80 for both body parts, and 40 for 1 handed for both BI/TI. Do any of you find that you can do the same wieght for BI and TI?

It depends on the exercise.

I never do cable biceps and cable triceps are one of the only isolation exercises I do for triceps so it is hard to compare.

Having proportional strength in the muscles that flex and extend the elbow is probably good for the stability of the joint. But most people probably have some imbalance. Shotputters probably have stronger triceps while rowers probably have stronger biceps.

I don't do much isolation work for arms, either. I can usually handle more weight with triceps exercises than I can with biceps exercises. But since I've focused on supinated chins/pulldowns/rows for training biceps, the gap has narrowed
