Hello.
I'm an italian student and I love the gym and the fitness in general.
I hope that in this forum i'll found many information about my prefer sport: the gym :)

I'm sorry for the bad english but I don't speak it very well :(

No problem. Second languages can be difficult. I took 4 years of Italian in school and can barely speak a word of it.

Meanwhile, I hope you find this forum useful.

Where are you from? I didn't know that in some country the italian was the second language :D

I grew up in New York where students are required to take at least 4 years of a foreign language. The choices available at my school were Spanish, French and Italian, and I chose Italian.
