Daniel4738, have you ever had partial paralysis from being tired? These are not all symptoms of being exhausted from being out of shape. But that would be a nice plyo workout though.

In no way did I mean to suggest that danielk should attempt that workout. it was supposed to be a bit of a jokey post regarding the title ... absence of strength and extreme fatigue was exactly how I felt after that workout.

I'm not sure what you mean by partial paralysis. if it's the lethargy associated with having a high lactate count in the blood stream or bonking out due to lack of sodium or something then yes. If it's a medical condition then no.

Anyway, i just thought it was an amusing title for me because thats exactly how I felt. No advice was intended and I hope I didn't offend anyone :(
