After training for more than a year i have always noticed that one pec is bigger than the other even though i am training both sides of my chest at the same time using the same weights.
Is this normal? Should i concentrate on the smaller pec to get it upto the same size or will it eventually balance out?

Yes, if it's a slight difference. Few people are perfectly symmetrical. Unless there is a really glaring difference, I wouldn't worry about it.DeFlux wrote:After training for more than a year i have always noticed that one pec is bigger than the other even though i am training both sides of my chest at the same time using the same weights.

You should use dumbbells or independent arm (iso-lateral) machines to train chest if you feel that your stronger side is doing more than its share in barbell exercises. Same weights, same reps for both sides.DeFlux wrote:Should i concentrate on the smaller pec to get it upto the same size or will it eventually balance out?
