i love exrx, i love the gif's showing how to do the exersizes all that great stuff, however i keep hearing about exersizes that are not listed on the website like, romanian dead lifts, bulgarian squats bulgarian split squats power cleans etc etc etc if there anywhere that would have information like that? basically what im most worried about is finding subs for my full squat and deadlift(off the ground) and alternatives for flat barbell benching over 200 lbs ( the dumbells in my gym only go to 100 pounds each)

Romanian deadlifts are just straight-back stiff-legged deadlifts (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... dlift.html) and are also pretty much the same thing as good-mornings (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Gluteus ... rning.html).
