is uneven trapz the same thing as tight trapz? My situation is tight trapz

When I think uneven I imagine two muscles that arn't proportional to each other in size. When I think tight I imagine muscles that are inflexible and maybe painful. They arn't the same thing.

Not necessarily - With the uneven traps, actually, most people have it to an extent. Most people have one shoulder that sits slightly lower than the other, usually on the dominant side. When this happens, it looks like the traps are bigger on one side. Similarly, it can make you look like you have uneven lats, too. It's only really a concern if it's extreme...
