I have been experiencing pain at certain body area that I worked on for three days since I do work out and since I change my diet to pro protein. So is it normal to have such pain that long?
I assume you are talking about DOMS. You can tell the difference between DOMS and other types of pain in that the pain stops if you are not using or touching the muscle. If the pain continues, you have another problem.
3 days of DOMS is reasonable if you have made a significant change in your routine, either a new exercises, more weight or more volume or if it has been a while since you last performed the exercise. Wait another day and try again. In the future, perform each exercise more frequently and manage your progressions more closely.
