Dynamic Stretching Routine

I did some web searching in an attempt to find some dynamic stretching exercises and came across a pretty good Dynamic Stretching Routine

Nice one Airhog, I've been looking for something like this too! The program I mean, not the hot volleyball player! lol This will be going straight into the pre-game and pre-workout routines as it's the same sort of stuff I used to do for basketball but it kinda lef the memory!
