Hey Everybody,
I am currently doing research for my Master's thesis in the area of vertical jump training.
For my data, I am asking everyone to list their vertical leap (in inches, NO steps before jumping) and what type of training you've done (name of program or type of training as well as duration).
If you know how much you've gained from your original vertical leap, that information is also helpful.
If anybody has any questions about the research findings, don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected].
Cheers,
Caleb

EVERYONE has the ability to jump 45-50 inches?
...
Now, how exactly do people achieve this? By buying a secret training manual for a super low price of $240?

I decided to make a little change to the post. It is due to the fact that this guys gets the asshat of the year award for posting his e-mail on a public forum, and putting boarder line spam in his first post.
Why don't you post a full page ad on here. Then in another post maybe you could put your social security number, and your bank and credit card info.
Wow, I think this calls for a new term. I think you may be more of an assnecklace.
