Well, it's the "everything else" (I'm talking about muscles here!) that's the key. You DO train everything else, and you don't have problems with posture and injuries.

Don't necessarily need implants. Could just use big shoulder pads in suit jackets like in the '80s and avoid exercise altogether

Well, with implants you still avoid exercise, but the shoulders are still big when you take your shirt off.
