Simple Question on rest

i have a few basic questions

Can you take a 2 hour after you get home from a workout? Would this help in recovery? Is it possible to workout 3 times a day for 3 days a week if you take good naps in between the workouts?

Im basically asking, does more sleep throughout the day mean better results?

A nap would help if you didn't get enough sleep during the night. I don't know that it would do anything otherwise. You can work out 3 times a day if you keep them short. A meal in between workouts is the main thing, but a nap may be helpful. It wouldn't hurt.

It can't hurt. Most people don't get enough sleep, especially young people.

PS) There were times in high school when I would fall asleep after a workout and not wake up until the next morning 13 or 14 hours later.
