a good trainer can be a great resource. but you really need to be your own trainer. read a lot, try some things out for a few months, ask lots of questions. Find somebody who looks like what you want to look like, and do what they do. work hard. don't spend your time in the gym bullshitting. weight training is a life long pursuit. You won't "get it" all in a "program". You have to make your own program, one that works for YOU. Have fun. Oh, in case you haven't heard, you can't train out a bad diet. The food is at least half the equation.

Yeah - this thread was brought back from nearly a year ago.

Spam has been way down compared to two years ago or so. Kudos to the moderators for catching most of it.

I'm not sure if it was spam or not. It was on topic. I deleted the post because it was the first one. However I'm not sure so I am leaving the user alone.




Two or three years ago I installed a couple mods to the forum. The most effective one is this question that throws off scripts. So everyone has to spam manually. I also block problem networks.
