Creating your own routine

Here is a very useful article about creating your own workout.

The author (Steven Low) had previously written a similar article, but this updated one is much more user-friendly than the last one, in my opinion. It's a bit of a read, but if you're seriously going to build your own routine I think it's invaluable stuff. Lots of good information all in one place, well-organized.

He's only got the one post up now, so I just linked to the blog itself.
