I don't know how I missed this article when it came out. But I did. I found it on StrengthCoach, but it was published on T-nation, originally, so I thought I would link to it. I would go as far as to say that this is the best summary of lower spine 'stuff' that i've ever read.
When you hear about "Dr McGill says this, says that etc", well, this article sums everything up from that 'bandwagon' nicely.
I would advise everyone to read it, lower back pain or not. It's quite long so get a coffee. It mentions mostly the effects of daily habbits on the spine and how to get around them but explains it well instead of just saying "don't do this, don't do that".
