workout routine

hey guys im planning to change my workout routine i normally do CST, back biceps then legs on alternate days but some how i aint seeing any improvements with it so am planning to do

MONDAY CHEST/SHOULDERS
TUESDAY CARDIO
WEDNESDAY LEGS
FRIDAY BACK
SATURDAY BICEPS/TRICEPS
SUNDAY BREAK

could u guys please help me with this is it like ok?

It's OK but I don't know why you need the extra arm day on Saturday. It could interfere with the chest day on Monday. All you can do is try it for a few weeks and see if it works, then change it again. You might benefit from the longer rest between workouts.

It may be that neither once/week or twice/week is right for you. Maybe it's something in between.
