About incline shoulder raise

I started doing this exercise today, about 2-3 sets 15 repetitions with pretty low weight, but about the exercise, should I only raise my shoulders up and stick my back to the bench, or should I also move my traps abit up while raising my shoulders?

Are you doing this exercise fir the lateral head of the deltoid? Or are you doing something else?

Yes I meant that porovoz, so should I only raise my shoulders?, cause it seems in the film there, that the guy there is raising his upper back as well as his shoulders, and I am not sure of if to raise only my shoulders or also my upper back.
