Cutting

Hi guys

im 19, just started going to gym 2 months ago..now i had my foundation,i guess.
Now im looking forward to cut..i read articles saying light weights with high reps should do..well how should i do this..
i mean on 3 day split..whole body workout..
or daily somewhat like MWF=chest/tri/legs T/TH/S=back/bicep
im also doing now HIIT splitting with cardio..
