Exercises that target the lower part of pectoralis major

Need ideas that target the lower part of pectoralis major.
DO NO HAVE ACCESS TO A DECLINE BENCH!

A lot of people will suggest that because it's one muscle, you cannot isolate any one portion. That said, it's been my experience that doing P bar dips as shown in the E and M directory as chest dip, will emphasize that portion.

Flat bench hits the sternal head, just doesn't isolate it.

I've always seen the best gains from dips, usually just tricep dips do it for me but my chest will respond to anything. One thing I notice is after dips, the parts of my pec basically touching my sternum is pumped/slightly contracted after which looks like a good indication of where it's targeting.
