What I'm wondering is - do the reps stay the same or do you still attempt failure?
I know training to failure every workout can be detrimental (CNS fatigue, etc) so I'm wondering if it means something like 4x6-8 each week or if it actually is described as training to failure and since the weight is lighter, it will cause less CNS fatigue even while training to failure?
Sorry if that's worded badly, couldn't figure out how to explain my question lol.
