What's your favorite resistance training? Not necessarily the one you need to work on, or the most beneficial - just curious about the fun factor.
(I wish there were some way to make a dynamic poll on here - allowing for write-in candidates.)

stiff legged deadlifts: like the whole having iron to move around thing. Taking up space in the corridor (we don't have a good station), etc. Good sweat pop too.

Probably conventional dead lifts. They make you feel like All-That-Is-Man. Which I think is what Apocalypton was saying.
Was going to say squats but for me they are more of a love/hate thing. Love the satisfaction of punching out a new PB, but they can be pretty tough when you're in the hole.
Complexes are pretty fun, until the last couple of sets when it just about feels like you are going to die.

Deadlift and standing press both have that A.T.I.M. thing going - they're my top.
Chin ups are up there for me as well though. Largely since I couldn't do one for so long - it's an all-or-nothing thing.

Bench press, but I rarely do it because my chest reacts like I'm on roids! If I did it frequently I'd look like a ladyboy! I stick with close grip incline bench press and a very inclined bench press.

I've always liked overhead pressing the most- it makes me feel more manly than benching, squatting, deadlifting, etc.

Cleans. Just raw power being put into that bar

Dead lift. Man against gravity, fighting over the bar. When you pull on the bar, and it feels like it's set in concrete, but then it moves and comes up, that's the best.

I just love 'straining' or 'grinding' with heavy weights. I love the dizzyness you get when you stop.
I would have to go with Conventional Deadlifts, though, if I had to pick one exercise.

My personal favourite are Plate Curls. You just grab a weight disc with both hands and do curls. It's really much like hammer curls but much more bad a.$s, 'cause you're using a plate.

Strongman stuff. Carries, sled drags, prowler pushing, tire flipping, sledgehammer swings, hauling anything in on a rope (sled or band usually).
Yeah, pretty broad, but there you go. I just flat-out enjoy doing that stuff, no matter how hard it gets. I'm not a big fan of some variations, though - "shoveling" with a sledgehammer is boring, plate pushes are annoying, carrying groceries sucks.
My favorite lift is the deadlift, but it's not fun. I just like how I feel after I've done them. Whacking stuff with a sledgehammer, well, I'm dead-sure I'm smiling while I do them.

Mine is a combination of power snatch into a behind the neck squat pushpress. It's just fun to me. I don't consider it "work".
