If he went from 150 to 169 @ 6'0" it is a lot different than if he went from 160 to 179 @ 5'9".

And if it is the former, it will go a long way to explaining why he isn't happy with his ab development. Ya dig?

19lbs is progress, yes. But you need the whole picture before you can make any accurate judgment.

7% is the lowest you can maintain indefinitely. Anything below that can only be maintained temporarily. If you have good abs, you aren't higher than 10%, and you could be as low as 7...but you would have some striations and bulging veins.

You may need more squats and deadlifts and maybe even some ab and hip flexor isolation. Well, that is if your bodyfat is the same as the guy in the picture.
