Guys I have such an important question that I know at least 1 of you is qualified enough to answer... ok here goes
Can a person get stronger without eating as much??? for instance if your goal is not to get bulky, do you still have to eat a lot of calories? my goal is to drop weight and get stronger but I wanna know if thats actually possible... now IM not making this question out of thin air, College wrestlers drop an absurd amount of weight and sometimes to do that, they cut out a lot of food and eat much fewer calories.. but yet, they go to practices every day and somehow manage to get better for matches.. at least thats what it looks like... so I wanna know, is it actually possible to get stronger while cutting weight?
