Hey, How long is average to stay on a certain plan? I've only been on this plan for about 3 weeks and am getting stronger way faster, so I'm not looking to switch it up just yet. I just don't want to stay on a plan for so long it stops working for me. I just wanted to make sure I new the average time.

I've got a guy who's been doing trap bar deadlifts every Monday since October. Once linear progression started to slow down I put him on 5/3/1. He's on his 10th cycle now, and still gaining. No reason to change it until it stops getting him results or his goals change enough to warrant a change in approaches. I don't see either happening very soon.Jungledoc wrote:Yep.
