Let's say I can lift 90 lbs on flat bench press, if I were to do incline bench press, would I have to decrease or increase the weight?
I'm assuming the change in angle has an affect on this.

Try about 75 on incline. Also remember that standard bars weigh 45 lbs and you can lift a little more weight with barbell then dumbbell.

Definitely less weight. How much less is hard to say ... will depend on a number of factors including the angle of incline.

Also the groove is different on inclines. Best bet would probably be to start very light and work up from there.
