Some people say i should have my palms face inward
Should my elbows flare out or should i keep them in one line with my wrists
How narrow should be my grip?

Exrx Skull Crushers.
A narrow grip with elbows flaring out could be more irritating the elbow tendons and ligaments than a shoulder width grip with elbows in as you start to do the exercise with serious weight.
