Looking for a stretching routine

Was curious if someone could help me out and give me a full body flexible routine, preferably as short as possible, and with the most effective method of stretching (dynamic, ballistic... whatever it is, it's been awhile since I've read up on stretching).

Thanks, I had been doing yoga, but can't fit it into my workout schedule anymore.

If you want it brief, just stretch the things that need stretching. If it ain't tight, don't stretch it.
