Double days?

Post by A. moss » Thu Oct 21, 2010 3:26 pm

I've been thinking about training twice a day and wanted you guys thoughts on it. It would be at least 5 hours apart and I would be doing the same plan both times. I only workout 3 time a week so I don't think I would be "over training" but I don't know for sure. so let me know what you think

Thanks.

Google Charles Poliquin's twice a day training.

It's a more advanced thing, though, so unless you're jacked already I'd probably just focus on the basics for now.
