Since I picked up my shoulder injury I have been concentrating mostly on HIIT, boxer circuits and sandbag circuits.
My Sandbag circuit is getting a little old now though and I could do with mixing it up a little.
Anybody know any good / challenging circuits I could try out?
This is how my sandbag circuit looks at present.
20k bag - As many reps as you can in 3 mins – 1 min rest.
Lift bag off the floor, press above head and throw to floor
squat- drop bag on floor- pick up – squat
25m shuttle runs
Sit up with bag above head
