what to look for in cardio

Post by Immortal » Fri Jan 14, 2011 11:15 pm

When you do cardio for fat loss, should you worry about the calories you lose? Are the calories at all important if youre doing HIIT. Can you make your body use up fat without burning too many calories. Or do you actually need to burn a few hundred calories during HIIT just to get your fat burning up. So is there a way to make your body burn fat without the burden of too much calorie loss?

The calories you burn during High Intensity Interval Training are important. However, even more improtant are the calories you burn after you workout.

Research show the real value of High Intensity Interval Training is related to the dramatic increase in your metabolism long afer your workout is over.

No. There is a direct relationship between how may calories you burn and how much fat you lose.

.

Let me reiterate, the real value of HIIT lies in elevating your metabolism long after your workout is over.
