I'll give it a go:

Current Max: 210lbs + 45lbs x 8 reps, semi-supinated grip (45 degree angle).

My goal will be to get BW + 75 x 6, as I feel like once I reach that i'd be substantially stronger.

Here's the line-up as it stands:

Proper Knob--PR 14 narrow "semi neutral". Goal=15
robertscott--he's in, but hasn't reported a PR or goal
wilburburns--in, but no PR or goal yet
Jebus--will do weighted pulls, but no PR reported yet
jml--current PR 11, but testing soon.
slashnul--PR 10 pullups. Goal=11
Travis--PR 2 sets of 10--do you want to test a single-set max?
pdellorto--PR 16 chinups (I believe). Goal=17+. That is now official.
robt-aus--PR 7 pullups, close grip. Goal=8
Ryan A--in, but no PR or goal yet
KPj--PR 18. Or is it 20? What is it, really?
stuward--PR 10. Goal is to be able to do 10 daily for 5 days.
bam--7 wide grip pullups. Goal 8
jungledoc--PR 12 chinups. Goal 13. Maybe 14.
Velcropop--6 neutral grip. Goal 8.
Rikblades--to retest soon
Kab3261--5 close-grip chins. Goal 7.
Nkkip--counting-challenged. Will retest in a few days.
Hoister--PR BW+50x25. Goal 27 reps!
Jebus--PR 1. Goal 2. Simple, huh?
NightFall--PR BW+45x8. Goal BW+75x6. Sheesh. My arms hurt from thinking about it.

So test (if necessary) a PR in the variation of your choice, and start training February 1. OK, ok. I know that you've all started hitting the pullup bar already.

Matt?
Ironman?
Jason?
Kenny?
Stephen?
Hoosegow?
Nygman
caangelxox? (Don't let the newbie be the only woman!)
Rucifer?
Nevage?
Johnny?
Wouter?
Helena? (didn't mean to leave you out--let's have some more female representation!)

Now, if there's anyone out there who can't yet do a pullup, now is the time. The goal could be to get your first in February. There have been several threads here on getting that first one. Maybe someone will hunt them down. As I mentioned to Jebus, there is a good Ferruggia blog post on using bands to train to get your first BW rep.

Ok i'm just going to go for the bodyweight rep count.

Best is 18 so this what I want to improve on. Goal is just to get over 20. I'm hoping for a rapid improvement - would be delighted with 25.

I'll test my max tonight, I know I can get at least 10, I reckon 12 if I really try, so my goal is 20. I figure I might as well aim high.

Okay, so I tested again today and managed to count them. I did 15, more than I expected it to be.

Well, I finished reading everything on the forum and went over to Strength Basics, the blog by our own Peter (pdellorto). To my surprise, I saw my name in the first line of the post! He was talking about the Pullup Challenge. The good thing for all of you is that he linked a collection of every post he has done that even remotely relates to pullups. This includes his own original articles, plus links to lots of other people's material. Good stuff.

Of course, then I forgot to click "submit" and now it's many hours later.

OK, My Pullups are worse than I initially thought.. But here is my goal.

As of last night, I did 3.5 (yes, I'm counting a partial rep to help set my goal) wide overhand grip pullups. Starting with my feet flat on a bench.

Goal: Wide Overhand Grip
6 full reps with feet up on bench.
And/Or
2 Full Reps, from a Dead Hang

This would; be much easier if I would just drop from the ~21% BF.

I got BW + 75 x 3 today, if you'd like to put that as my PR to give a better comparison.

So basically i'd like to get about 3 more reps total, on it.

Ok, Today I got 12 pull ups--shoulder width grip, from a dead hang before I couldn't get my chin over the bar. I'll use that as my one set max.

This challenge is for the month of February? I'll have to get off to a late start.

Right now, my right elbow is still sore from all the snow that I've shoveled last week. And yet another snowstorm is scheduled to hit NYC tonight, so it looks like it won't get much rest tomorrow.

My all-time best is 12 supinated pull-ups, but that was back in the last century. Getting to 10 is usually an effort but doable when my creaking joints allow it.
