Workout Plan

Hi,
Some one please share me the workout timetable for 6 days a week. Wanna do wight loss for two months and will go for body toning... Thanks in advance...

well, your post looks suspiciously like someone who is about to spam the forum, in which case, shame on you!

If, however, you are genuinely looking for a workout plan, then shame on your for that too! Do a little research, no one is going to bottle feed you, unless you are a baby. If you ARE a baby then I apologise, and must copngratulate you on your excellent typing skills for someone so young.

There is a six day option in the four day split section. I don't recommend it though.

If you want to work out 6 days a week, you would probably do better with 2 days strength, 1 day metabolic trg, repeat and rest the seventh day.
