Okay okay how does this sound

Day1:
Deadlift or Back Squat 3x5 or 5x5
Calf Raise 3x10
Leg Curl 3x5
Some Ab work?

Day2:
Military Press 5x5
Cleans 3x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Bicep Curls 3x5
Barbell/Dumbbell Shrugs 3x10

Day3:
Front Squat 5x5
Calf Raise 3x10
Leg Curl 3x5
ab work

Day4:
Military Press 5x5
Cleans 3x5
Bent Over Rows 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
tricep push down
shrugs

Why do you want to train both the dead lift and squat? Why not just pick one instead of doing both?

Why wouldn't I do both movements?

Aren't both great for developing strength as well as size, and aren't both part of the usual big lifts that every one does?

routine looks better, definitely do both the squat and deadlift.

I still think you should be doing some iso stuff for the different parts of your shoulder, but then I lift purely for the aesthetic, so ignore my pretty-boy advice if it doesn't match your goals

How about if I add in Face pulls on day 2

and lat raises on day 4?

This will all make my military press a lot stronger which is what I want right now haha
