The active ingredient that you're missing is choline. You may be able to get it through supplements. Certainly liver pills will do it.

How very true! There haven't been many workouts where these haven't affected me. The heat is really making me feel like puking/fainting at the moment. I prefer training in my cold garage, even if I need to start with a hoody on.
