Zen Life Coaching

Post by lifezen » Sun Jun 26, 2011 5:26 pm

I am a holistic psychotherapist, life coach, writer, blogger, yoga and meditation teacher, lifelong learner and all around lover of life. Whew, that is a mouthful, but how this applies to you is this: My passion is co-journeying with others as they create Zen lives, lives that are authentic, purposeful, awake, and where they take those lives and offer them as gifts to the world.

I love working with folks just like you and me, real people who want to live real lives, who want to dig deeper, fly higher and enjoy all the in between.

So, what kind of an exercise program do you recommend?

You're not even going to let him tell everyone about what kind of routine would help me dig deeper and fly higher? I was so counting on it!

Join the Army. The digging deeper part is really fun.

I'll do my own zen life coaching. Basically you just do what ever routine I advised. Then you add some mindfulness of breathing meditation on afterwards. It's actually not a bad idea. It's good for stress and bringing a sense of calm to yourself. It's hard to make time for it though.
