Elbow Support

Do any of you guys use any form of elbow support? I'm thinking of picking one up but dont know if i'm papering over the crack so to speak!

If your elbow is hurting it'll probably help reduce recovery time. Then again it would be important to understand why it hurts in the first place.

I wrap my right elbow every time I lift with an ace bandage. I use it to avoid further injury when loading weights ect.
I guess I have tendonitis in both elbows but the right ones worse.

Probably too many skull crushers when I was young, unfortunately that's one exercise I'll never do again.

i use a neoprene elbow support for my left elbow every time I train upper body. Buy one of those, and stop doing any of the exercises that cause pain. You'll probably be able to do pushdowns and close grip presses ok.
