Actually I was mainly referring to the progression results overall, also on chin-ups and upright rows. I noticed that I had crammed my program too full, hence the alterning between these moves. I still think there will be progress on both of the moves, since I'm doing quite lot of bicep, back and shoulderwork. But I'll think about it for a week or too and see what happens.
