I haven't been posting (been crazy busy), but I saw this and I had to jump in.

I remember when…
155 was more than my one-rep max on the bench press, not a warmup set.

I was excited when…
I could do my first multi-rep pullup set, back in 2001 or so.

One day soon, I’ll
win a match in Advanced or Expert at a grappling event.

I can’t wait for the day I
squat 225 for reps.

Is it asking too much to…
pass the RKC snatch test (100 reps x 24kg in 5 minutes)?

I remember when…
I couldn't do a single chin-up a year back. Not even half a chin-up.

I was excited when…
I could deadlift 150kg(around 330 pounds.) almost a year back also.

One day soon, I’ll
Get 10 consecutive chin-ups

I can’t wait for the day I
Can look back to this day and see how I've improved.

Is it asking too much to…
Get some mass around my muscles faster.

I remember when…
I couldn't do a single chin-up a year back. Not even half a chin-up. (as above, but same! :) )

I was excited when…
I military pressed 80kg after being stuck at 70/72.5kg for about 6 weeks (eating a lot more got me this)

One day soon, I’ll
Deadlift 200kg

I can’t wait for the day I
Military press 95kg with good form

Is it asking too much to…
Bench 85kg / be able to front squat without lifting shoes/plates under heels.

I remember when…
i did smith machine squats yet didn't have injuries / i knew a whole lot about what i was doing

I was excited when…
completed 5xbw squat / i figured out that i don't know much at all

One day soon, I’ll
have a little person to train

I can’t wait for the day I
need them to spot me

Is it asking too much to…
5x1.5bw squat, 1xbw press, 2.5bw deadlift / keep doing this ex stuff

I remember when…
I watched Rip's vid on how to DL - "...and that's all there is to it."

I was excited when…
I bought some Oly weights and a squat rack

One day soon, I’ll
have a power cage - with a chin up bar!

I can’t wait for the day I
can use 2 x 20kg plates on both sides (on any exercise!)

Is it asking too much to…
DL, squat and bench my bodyweight by Xmas?

Nope. Deadlift should get there first.

I remember when…
I was this same height and 130 lbs then i powerlifted and ate horrible and got fat and 215 lbs

I was excited when…
I deadlifted 405 for a single pretty easily about a month and a half ago

One day soon, I’ll
dead lift 495 without ripping the callouses of my hands

I can’t wait for the day I
I am deadlifting over 400 every deadlift workout benching nothing less than 250 per bench workout and squatting nothing less than 300 also excited about buying some new work shirts that fit my awesomely growing muscles haha

Is it asking too much to…
Slap genetics in the face and have my calves not only be strong and cut but be huge as well?

My calculated 1RM for DL is just above my current bodywt - just a matter of getting the others there too!

I remember when…
Chest and Biceps and Chest and Biceps and Chest and Biceps and Chest and Biceps is all I cared about.

I was excited when…
I was able to do a Pistol Squat with 100 lbs added to my 185 lbs frame.

One day soon, I’ll
Do Weighted Pull-ups with 100+ lbs

I can’t wait for the day I
Front Squat 405 lbs

Is it asking too much to…
Overhead Press 1.5x my Bodyweight?
