Referring tanning the scrapes that eventually scab and bleed are horrible looking cause everything else is tan while the scars are not. LOL

I was proud of my scraped up shins for a while, but it got annoying.

I've been thinking of trying Vaseline on my shins or on the bar, but I'm worried that it would be irritating to have to clean it off my hands or the grip area of the bar. Maybe Vaselineing my hands would be a great way to force myself to improve my grip strength!

LMFAO I was thinking the same thing doc... that would minimize resistance completely or almost completely unless your going over the rough part of the bar...

Would be a hassle to clean of the bar though definitely.
