GVT + BB complex

Hi all,

i'm after some advice.

i'm 2 weeks into an 8 week GVT programme and was thinking about adding a BB Complex like "the bear" in on my cardio days.

Currently my GVT days are mon-wed-fri with cardio on tues & sun. cardio sessions are usually made up of HIIT either on the treadmill or bike.

If i swap my intervals for "the bear" would this be counter productive ?

No, the important thing is that your heartrate gets up as high. You'll get the same cardio benefit. Change once in a while is good so you don't get too used to the same thing.
