Yea that video was really helpful, thanks for posting that. That wide stance aspect is good to know, my narrower stance probably accounted for some of my jerking torso.
And i agree with the last poster about pulley height, that pulley in the video looks ideal for FP's, the one at my gym has it coming from above my head so i have to head so i have to pull it almost a 30-40 degree angle to my face.
As far as form Doc, I pull the base of the rope to my mouth and pause for a second. I feel a really good stretch in my delts this way.

Incidentally, i have a question that probably doesn't deserve its own thread so perhaps this is a good place to ask it: Why aren't these more popular?

Do they have another name? I can find information on Google about lateral raises, front lateral raises, lying lateral raises and upright rows but there's almost nothing about the "Dumbbell Raises" that look like you're pulling on a pair of waders. Does anyone here do them? I've been doing them because i believe i have a supraspinatus weakness and i'm looking for a safe way to strengthen it without fear of impingement.
