Robertscott, then how do you decide to deload for squats if your checklist is centered around your shoulder?
I vary my rep range for squats from week to week anyway so I never really feel like I can't do them.
What I consider a "deload" week is really just a week without any pressing. I still train the $h1t out of my back and legs. HSoulder feels good as new. My shoulders are really the only part of me that ever feels like it needs a rest.
I'll deload when I'm dead!!!!!!
