New Leg Curl Exercise!!!

Last night I came up with a great idea to add resistance to stability ball leg curls. Hook your feet to free motion cable machine handles while you curl! This is great because I can continue to work hip dominant/knee flexion with high intensities as my gym does not have a glute/ham machine! I put a video up for you guys soon! I'm sure someone else has thought of this but I couldn't find any video on the web!
