Workout A (Back Squat/Deadlift) = Belt, Chalk
Workout B (Bench/Row/Pull-up) = Belt, Wrist Straps
Workout C (Front Squat/High Pull/TGU) = Stingray, Belt, Wrist Straps
Workout D (MP/DB Snatch/Rear Delt Row) = Belt, Chalk (heavy days)

Love it. It makes Front Squats a LOT more comfortable.

Arms crossed. I can't get my hands back far enough for Olympic-style ... short, thick arms with long muscle-bellies.
