How to use the Exercise Directory

Post by jwt7606 » Sun Jun 03, 2012 12:11 am

So I was using the template to create a 2-day split routine. I notice how it says to choose a basic exercise in general, but to choose an auxiliary exercise if it is a second exercise for a previously trained muscle. Well, my question is, In the exercise directory, are the auxiliary exercises those in italics? And what does the bold mean? I suppose I don't understand the categorization and I couldn't find an explanation anywhere.

Thanks.

As far as I can tell:

BOLD: basic

Normal: basic or auxiliary

Italics: auxiliary
Vague goals beget vague methods
