A. Eat everything
B. Add bacon to everything
C. Eating is your goal
D. When you are full, eat some more
E. Vegetarian stuff is what food eats. Eat food. Not the stuff food eats
F. A bag of oreos is a good choice
G. Eat without distractions - they can take away from the task fo gorging yourself and you might not be able to eat as much.
I. Cooking all the time is a bitch. Learn to eat straight out of the can.

Actually, I haven't had anything to drink... yet.

Hey - hit a meet PR today - 192.5 kilos. Missed 200K twice.

Had knee surgery on July 6th. The doc said not to go heavy until this past week. I didn't want my first lifts to be max effort so I only benched.
